This student notebook is from the first computer class taught at RPI, in the Spring of 1957. It was a combined analog and digital computing course taught by Professor Nash of the Math Department. The notebook was kept by Jacob Abel, RPI Class of 1957. Contained in the notebook are homework problems and equations on a variety of topics, including cross fields, trigonometry, applied physics, and information on digital computers.
